Building a Coptic liturgical app in French, from zero to shipped

End-to-end ownership on a Coptic app for French-speaking communities. Lead across engineering, UX, and release management. Coordinated 10+ volunteers, shipped offline-first with a custom CMS for zero-redeploy updates, and used AI-accelerated development to compress engineering effort without sacrificing quality.
